| Home TEXAS' CHILD ADVOCATE Ms. Carol Gregg is a well-known child advocate. For the 8 years that she served as a Judge with Ector County in Odessa, Texas, and today in private practice, Ms. Gregg has used her positions of influence to help children. She has been honored in the community for her efforts and in 1992 was the recipient of the Hutton Humanitarian Award by the Ector County Abused Childrens' Center.
